Connection

Establishing a connection helps build trust and clarify our understanding of each other’s needs and motives. I believe in being open and transparent in our communication. It’s not always easy to give out critiques, but when done with care, they can be positively impactful.


Education

Education is a big part of who I am as a personal trainer and person. I enjoy learning about the human body and the never-ending number of modalities out there that relate to movement and health. The more I learn, the more motivated I am to coach and teach others.


System

It’s very important to create a training system based on science and one’s own personal experience. Focusing on strategies (the big picture) instead of just results, helps fulfill sustainable results while creating a more rewarding experience.


Balance

As important as exercise is, there’s more to health than just the physical component. Your body needs balance from all sides in order to function and perform optimally. To have balance in your life, you need to incorporate exercise, nutrition, and emotional wellness.
